After contacting the office and speaking to SEVERAL AGENTS about this issue and being promised to receive call backs about it which I never got, It has yet to be resolved. Even after providing a bank statement showing the charge and the email with other person account information, a month later I am still getting the run around and no one will give a complete or honest answer."

"I was paying a somewhat fair $200 per month on 21 honda accord .I let it relapse because i had to take care of business oversees and now that i'm back i asked them to get it reinstated and their answer was ,caugh up $540 per month and we got you.I ask why and their reply was i got a ticket on my record .sorry.not for speeding or anything mind you but a basic ticket on a no uturn sign in the burbs .And i have been paying em for years with no issues or claims filed .smh.Is this how you look out to your long term customer?! so sad"

Mind you I don’t have use State Farm for my automobile insurance NOR for my homeowners insurance. Not sure how he got my number, but go solicit somewhere else.
